Our long home-buying journey began nearly 5 years ago, with Pratima by our side every step of the way. Now that it’s come to an end, we can’t imagine having worked with anyone else. What stood out to us the most were Pratima’s patience and her commitment to never rushing us into a decision. There were moments when we felt frustrated and tempted to settle, but Pratima—trusted and professional—was always there to gently remind us that it wasn’t the right fit and encouraged us to stay true to what we were looking for. It’s rare to find an agent who takes such care in guiding clients this way. Time and again, she went above and beyond, driving out to Concord, Hayward, and Pleasant Hill on very short notices to show us homes that piqued our interest. Her dedication and personal attention were clear in every interaction. Even after our offer was accepted, Pratima still took the time to discuss the pros and cons of the house and the neighborhood before we moved forward with the deposit. That was another testament to her unwavering focus on our best interests. Throughout the entire five-year process, we witnessed Pratima’s calm, composed nature, which only confirmed that this is simply who she is—genuine, thoughtful, and dedicated to her clients. We would wholeheartedly recommend Pratima and would not hesitate to rehire her for our next real estate endeavor.
